  So slow it is unbelievable. I waited in a queue of 3 or 20 minutes. I am pregnant and asked for a fresh burger as is required to prevent listeriosis which can cause deformities or miscarriage. They gave me a burger after the staff member had an unclear answer as to whether it was fresh or not, so I pressed the issue stating several times it can kill the baby. She asked again, again the answer was vague which I took as a no. Then she said 'i'll get a fresh patty cooked for you' the burger came out and was cold. I took it back and gave up on eating here. I spoke to the manager and he was apologetic. One of the staff members however gave me attitude and said 'it was cooked fresh' to which I responded 'touch it. You can feel it is cold' I walked out. What a ridiculous waste of 30 minutes of my life

  Absolutely terrible service, waited for 15 minutes with no other customers in sight, and the girl behind the counter proceded to completely ignore me and avoid eye contact. Told them to get f***** and walked out . Would NOT recommend
